1pl8 bb curl

Where in 1/2/3/4 does 1pl8 barbell curl fit in? What I mean is around where should your stats be for the big 4 where you should be able to curl 135?

And if any of you do 1pl8 bb curl post stats.

Doesn't 1/2/3/4 mean 1 pl8 barbell curl/2 pl8 bench/3 mi run/4 pl8 leg press?

Curl's are about as hard as oph, so about the time you hit 1/2/3/4 you should be around 1pl8 bb curl.

Curl in powerlifting was part of the strength set and was in place of deadlifts. So babbyw8 obv.

I alternate between weighted chin ups and curls.

This makes a lot of sense actually. My OHP and bb curl are almost exactly the same. I can OHP 120 x5 and curl 115 x 5.

mines like 135 x5 and 105x5. So not crazy far off. Still a ways from curling 1pl8.

I'm more or less 1/2/3/4 for 5 reps each. Given that, I can bb curl 135 twice cleanly.

You should accomplish a 1pl8 curl either before or roughly the same time as a 1pl8 ohp. My curl has always been about 5 kilos higher than my ohp.
