I was thinking about bringing a book with me, but I don't want to look like a faggot.

i rest for 30sec-1min

I usually rest like 2 or 3 minutes, enough time to read at least a page.

Rest time doesn't matter significantly. If you need longer than one minute to rest it's fine, what matters is TUT and that you actually complete the set

So I'm a pretty popular guy at uni as in I know a lot of people because I used to own the main party house.

Some fucking douche told one of my buddies that he doesn't like me cause I stare and shit when I'm at the gym. Like dude I'm not staring at you, I'm lost in thought getting ready for the next set.

does it look autistic if i do it everytime in this order? should i switch it up a bit?

id rather rest for 5 full minutes between each compound so i can get to 5 reps with as much weight as possible.

I walk around like a zombie to keep my body somewhat warm.
