What are your tips/hacks for getting cheap protein?
Not just powder. Fast food restaurants and more

Go to McDonalds, get the double quarter lb'er w/ cheese, remove bun and cheese.

>Quarter pound with cheese
>remove the cheese

Is this bait;

>Go to McDonalds, get the double quarter lb'er w/ cheese, remove bun and cheese
S-so just eat beef?

I buy out of date protein. Cheap as fuck. Tastes fine. Still get dem gains.

I get the bun but why are you taking off the cheese?

semen is free

>Several of my friends are getting into hunting
>They've acquired some guns
>I'm gonna go with them, have a go of the guns, help dress the kills
>Gonna enjoy my free meat

fage 0% fat greek yogurt my dude

shit costs like 6 bucks, 20something grams of protein per serving, and about 3 or 4 servings per...mix it with fruit and agave nectar

LOL i do the same. I get 3lbs of isolate for 20$ CAD. Taste is still okay and doesnt taste like ass

>faget yogurt
>literally buying semen

Nonfat tvarog all day every day.
100g has 86 kcal, 18g protein, 3.5g carbs, no fat.

As far as I'm aware only tuna in water has a better protein to calories ratio and that shit's inedible.

Burgers at Mcdonald's have added sugars, processed meats, and refined carbs.

They're toxic as fuck. Not all calories are created equal.

Shit-tier meat. Enjoy p-poison. P-pp-phaghot.

Shits cheap, like 30 or so cents per cup, lasts like a year in your pantry, to cook it you just boil it, season it, eat it. Don't even strain or prewash.

You're welcome

Please, kill (((le))) semen meme

Lentils matey

One metric tonne of lentils for 300 bucks on alibaba

Thats 258000 grams of protein, or 860 grams of protein per dollar

haggle GNC down.

I talked a guy into selling me the ON Gold Standard 5lb tubs for half price and tax free as long as I promised to come back next time

Now I just take the receipt to Popeyes and get them to price match it

buy your protons from the supplier.
cut out the middle jew.

whey comes in 20kg or 25kg bags, just like concrete.

How would one go about that?

where the fuck are you gonna store a metric tonne of lentils

What this guy said. I mix green lentils with rice which creates an amino profile comparable to chicken.

>breakfast
Instant oats with banana and lite syrup

>lunch
Grilled chicken, veggies

>snack
Peanuts

>dinner
More grilled chicken, veg and maybe brown rice

I hate cutting. Im so hungry

I have to put them in the crockpot.

Takes too long otherwise

In ur moms cunt, exept its so vast im afraid i might not be able to find them again

Do lentils make you fart like beans and peas?
Do you need to soak them for a day before cooking, how long do they take to cook, what do they go with?
I'd try them but I have no idea how to use them.

Lentils are pulses like beans, but not as gassy.

I never have gas problems with them like I do with chili or proton powder

Where can I get them?

Whey is a liquid.

Where?

Why arent you eating yeast? 100g of yeast have 40g protein, also minerals and a lot of micronutrients shit. Brutally cheap.
I fry onion, add yeast, it liquidifies, season it, then wait. When its tought like dough, its done.
Actually its very good, but 100-200 g of yeast max. If you try to eat more, it becomes slightly unpleasant.

>100g of yeast have 40g protein

post the brand because the first one I checked states 14g.

>for getting cheap protein?
Don't.

Eating increases your quality of life and having a basic understanding of cooking and using expensive ingredients from time to time makes you not a uneducated basement dwelling manchild.

That said, beans, legumes and sardines are all fucking god tier for cheap tasty protein if you can cook

Hunting can get kinda expensive unless you process the animal yourself. I usually shoot a couple deer and a nilgai every year. Your average deer is about $200 and the nilgai is around $500

lmfao with 5 dollars i can to to local bosnian cevapdzinica and eat for like a whole day.

Where I live, there arent macros on yeast. (on other things are tho)
I get the info from google pic related, but you are right, this is for dry yeast, so real macros for compressed yeast will be much less.
