Last thread got a fair few replies. I'm hoping we can keep this alive.
Help brah, start training snatch by doing hip thrust on the barbell. Am i supposed to hit it as hard as i can? Is it supposed to hurt that much?
you're supposed to learn by NOT making hip contact with the bar. this is to prevent making a habit of ripping the bar off the floor and hip banging. gradually you'll learn what appropriate contact feels like.
But but the video by juggernaut training system teach otherwise. Can you recommend other learning sources?
Note: theres no coach that can teach me where i live
should I use hookgrip when jerking too? feels incredibly awkward
