probably bench tbqh. you can usually find a place to do some pullups every day, and you're not gonna want to have super huge legs. you'll be on restricted calories, so you have to prioritize function over form and perfect proportions. ab work and pistol squats in my cell, and i'll probably attend a couple jailhouse boxing club events
