I went to school and lived in humboldt for a while. The apartments I lived in was the location of one of the forts in the area and Grant visited and probably stayed there often enough

>a guy became President of the US for being black

The Prophet Muhammad preached peace but at the same time never lost a battle

as far as i know muhammad himself wasnt a good commander, but his presence would most certainly have raised morale

I don't see the inconsistency.

The original London Bridge was bought by American oilman Robert P. McCulloch from the City of London in 1968. It was reconstructed in Lake Havasu City, Arizona where it sits today.

No they didn't. The cavalry were attempting to attack German infantry, the Panzers just happened to be nearby

Give me a run-down.

Wow, what an evil man.

Goths existed and Gothic was spoken until 18th century, and they were Orthodox.

Was that Victoriano Huerta?

Yeah and his brother was secretary of state.
Not to mention Iran, Guatemala, Bay of Pigs. The only reason Dulles didn't also sell guns to the Contras for cocaine is because at the time he was already in Hell, doing unspeakable things with bananas, to quote.

>Silent majority

Which one of these two shows inconsistency on their titles and history?

the deception is the interesting part
Jesus is the King of Kings, was actually a common pleb
Mohammed is a common pleb, was actually a conqueror

i've never actually seen or heard someone unironically call islam the religion of peace

>Does not know what is majority of electorates
>Does not understand this system is better because as we are in a federation it is more fair since we would only elect people by what cities fags have to say and countryside people would be fucked in the ass constantly, as gay capitals will only elect gay ass candidates.

LOL XD Good one dude! You sure showed them! Best of luck in the 2024 election normie

Thanks for including me in your post, it means a lot.
:^)

cpsglobal.org/content/islam-religion-peace

"Islam is a religion of peace in the fullest sense of the word. The Qur’an calls its way ‘the paths of peace’ (5:16). It states that God abhors any disturbance of peace (2:205)."

I often wonder if these people get a kick out of appearing like utter morons.

I wasn't saying that the election wasn't somehow legitimate. But the Republicans couldn't win a majority vote against arguably the worst candidate the Democrats could realistically run.

The fact that they had the same thing happen with Bush - losing the popular vote but winning electoral - should be a big red flag to the Republicans, especially given that their target demographic isn't growing as fast as that of the Democrats.

Right now they're only doing so well because the Democrats are so incompetent, and that's hardly something you want to depend on for anything.

You are welcome, I always supported pro affirmative actions

>Right now they're only doing so well because the Democrats are so incompetent, and that's hardly something you want to depend on for anything.
It really is in a two party system.

>t. Łukasz Czrszrcy

>Uses “normie”
>Drumpflet
You have to go back

>majority of electorates
that's not what silent majority means though. Nixon's silent majority actually existed. Hell, the dude won the popular vote in '72 by 18 million. Trump's so-called silent majority isn't a majority at all. He won the election fairly with less than a plurality of votes and he hasn't had even a plurality approval rating since the week he became president.

Pliny the Elder wrote about Serbs.

We are not the same person you fucking fag

Well I am not american but I can say that democrats use the same strategy as socialists(or neoliberals) use in my country, infiltrate colleges and change the masses by the youth, Republican don´t really have a chance and with time this tends to get even worse

I am hardly a Trump fan, but I find totally wrong when one party or way of though dominates the entire mainstream media, and everyone thinking different is ostracized, I absolutely hate when those pompous fags sit in a sofa and go on tv pretending they are somehow so smart and better just because they are saying basically what every other actor/actress is saying.

It got ridiculous even with Trump, and in my country we are having a similar thing going on, a closing on ideas, what was right wing is new extreme, what is centered has become right wing, and center-left is center nowadays

The Scots tried to colonize Panama but failed horribly, which led them to become broke and thus join the UK to create Great Britain

They had decided to set up a colony in Darien, one of the worst places to do so, and then after it was set up it was blockaded by the Spanish.

>It got ridiculous even with Trump, and in my country we are having a similar thing going on, a closing on ideas, what was right wing is new extreme, what is centered has become right wing, and center-left is center nowadays
Tbh, the part where I fall out with this is the idea that the right wing isn't as popular as ever. It seems like a belief in a Marxist deep state is inherently necessary for the idea to make any sense at all.

Serbs built the Tower of Babel

>Well I am not american but I can say that democrats use the same strategy as socialists(or neoliberals) use in my country, infiltrate colleges and change the masses by the youth, Republican don´t really have a chance and with time this tends to get even worse

Yeah it's not like young people in Western society aren't almost always more liberal than previous generations as a group!

>Say he is going to become president of US
>Everyone laughs
In fairness, Trump has been saying that since like 2002, no one thought he'd actually do it.

>a guy became President of the US for being black
No he basically got elected because unlike his opponent, he voted against the Iraq War, and used that fact against both Hillary and McCain.

And Americans wonder why nobody likes them, they literally funded several military coups in my country.

And because he wasn't a Republican while Bush's approval rating was in the toilet

>The silent majority
Silent majority implies that trump had the popular vote, every republican this century hasn't achieved a majority in terms of actual hard votes, "federalism" is the altar on which democracy is casually slaughtered in America.

Even if it wasn't in the toilet, the American public generally doesn't like having the same party in power for more than 8 years. The pendulum swing is real.

Unfortunately it is the only one I can think of, if you ever go to a college nowadays you clearly can see gramsims taking place, most fields in humans science are dominated by their way of thought completely closed to any other kind of ideia

I live in Brazil, and I am not even kidding, I would not be surprised in a conflict in the future(The history is large here to what is happening in our political scenario that I am not even going to bother to explain)

We see this global trend, and I really believe our golden age has to come down eventually, if not in our generation the next one surely.

Look up the scandal in 2017 over Google firing someone for criticizing their affirmative action policy.

>Making such broad generalizations

We don´t have enough evidence to actually say that, most of modern civil rights came in the last 300 years, there has been humans gathering in cities for at least 10 thousand years

BTW the newer generations a lot of sociologist says that it will be more conservative then the older one

>army of 14000 jews
>quit fighting after less than 100 of you get killed

>Spend almost a fucking billion on his own campaigns
Horseshit.
>entire Establishment of the world and rich snobbish people that they hate
Trump is the establishment, the elite. Pompous without any of the substance

I meant Western society since the enlightenment, where this trend has quite obviously, if in a general sense, held steady

Noop, Like I explained federalism ensures a better equal representation of people despite their area they live, if only votes counted then people from cities would always elect the presidents.

or even a state with a lower population(because it is a desert for example) would always had a president which appealed more to more densely populated areas.

It does not mean it is less democratic, it is only different, you cannot expect to use the same system as they use in European countries

>popular vote

The popular vote as as flawed a statistic as the electoral college because only like three states split their votes. The rest all just report the total number of people who voted and count them all towards whichever candidate won in that state.

Democrats would be incapable of ever winning an election if they weren't guaranteed to win the entirety of New York and California.

I wish Russia would invade California today tbqh senpai

>The popular vote as as flawed a statistic as the electoral college because only like three states split their votes. The rest all just report the total number of people who voted and count them all towards whichever candidate won in that state.

what did he mean by this? Like actually what did he mean?

The antipodal point (opposite point on the Earth) of the Argentine province of Formosa is the island of Taiwan, which until the 19th century was called... Formosa.

Not enough evidence to say that, after WW1 Germany, Italy and Russia had a whole different idea of what should be done with their country and none of them appealed necessarily to more liberal ideas.

We could say newer generations usually want change in some direction, by what we can see there is a crescent support in a more conservative environment(perhaps because the status quo is liberals? so the change would be conservationism?)

Actually in the Wiemar republic Germany was said to be one of the most liberals country in the world(specially in sexuality), and the next generation went hardcore conservative.

So not yet, we can´t say for sure how things will go

400/300 years is not a lot of time in history

...

Damn, nice one op

prove it

Wasn't cavalry pretty useful against early tanks? Diudn't they just use them to throw AT projectiles at them?

See all this?

It belongs to DT

I believe Huerta was overthrown in favour of the constitutionalists, which is what the Americans hated for (the constitution they wrote with the article is what pissed them off) the general the Americans hired was Manuel Peláez I believe.

>civilization started in the furthest points on earth from the endless water of the Pacific Ocean

Proof there are no aliens

>if the democrats didn't appeal to a large ammount of people that i've decided to dsicard because they live in a dense area, they wouldn;t win!
The representation of a new yorker should be equal to a nevaden, to say that some people can have their vote have de-facto less value is a troubling precedent.

>federalism ensures a better representation of people
No it doesn't, it ensures a better representation of minority voices, the states that were created from the Mexican American war are completely arbitrary creations, if you advocate for a system that values one vote over a nother, you're in favour of oligarchy, not democracy, the fact that Americans consider it acceptable that a massive portion of America is effectively disenfranchised because they live in dense areas is Abhorrent.

God my post is a mess, guess that's what happens you post late at night. I meant Victoriano Huerta was hated by the Americans because he supposedly favoured British oil interests over American interests (which is why Americans favoured the overthrow of Diaz before, he was pro-British and anti-American oil interests and they wanted to install a dude that would suck off America, and they realised Huerta was gonna be another Diaz) . So the Americans then supported the Constitutionalists, but the British were still supporting Huerta so America decided to make a compromise that they would lift the Panama canal tolls off the British commerce if they stop supporting Huerta. After that Huerta got fucked, USA overlooked Mexico's elections and basically went "fuck you WE choose who gets to be president". Then the new president imposed the article that the Americans screeched about and the oil companies and investors hired a private army to stop them from enforcing the constitution.

>colony

one trading post.

empathy! are you a Mexican?

That Marx' writings were too low-brow for Nietzsche to be even remotely familiar with them, despite him having an obsession with Marx' generation of German intellectuals.

Surprising considering how big Marx is in academia today.

>There are photographs of people born in the 1700's.

I forgot to mention that the American oil investors and companies who hired the private army were actually supported and known by the U.S State Department, you can actually find the testimony in the documents of the U.S.A titled "Revolutions in Mexico : hearing before a subcommittee of the Committee on Foreign Relations, United States Senate, sixty-second Congress, second session, pursuant to S. Res. 335, a resolution authorizing the Committee on Foreign Relations to investigate whether any interests in the United States have been or are now engaged in inciting rebellion in Cuba and Mexico."
>The Chairman. Has our State Department been aware of the fact that you have been making payments to Pelaez?
>Mr. Doheny. Yes; not only aware of it, but so far as they could, without giving it in writing, they have approved of it.

good thread, mind blown multiple times

Veeky Forums can be patrician when it wants to be
