It's fucking Batman of course he's insanely strong. He works out 3 times a day and then fights crime at night. Of course he's very likely not natty, but even with steroids your average human would have a very hard time doing what he does.

Of course it's all fiction, but still good inspiration.

Legs (also shoulders, I know, long day but I like it)

Various shoulder exercises

Kettlebells and calisthenics (sort of, weighted pull-ups/chin-ups and dips). I used to go to a gym but I moved to a different place and the local gym only has a yearly subscription. Hopefully I will be moving again soon. I miss deadlifts, it's the only truly irreplaceable exercise. Kettlebell deadlifts are gayer than this place.

Currently running the Russian Bear with kettlebell work mixed in the off days.
