Haha that's why IF didn't work for me. I would do that too. Try what works for you. In the end I had to stick with healthy foods or I'd get hungry.

I'm not sure what is causing your shaking (too much caffeine?) but make sure to take lots of multivitamins because starving yourself will take a toll. Get plenty of sleep, helps curb binges and hunger.

For breakfast I always have a fruit salad of an apple, blueberries and fat free yogurt, plus a coffee. It all adds up to 190 calories.
For lunch and dinner I choose between
-half a can of chickpeas in water with a splash of tomato sauce and half a can of mushrooms (193 cals)
-170g of salad with diet salad dressing (50 cals), sometimes adding 3 fish fingers (goes up to 195 cals) or chicken breast fried with oil spray (goes up to 200 cals)
-Cup of blueberries with yogurt (100 cals)

With three main meals I am left to eat for snacking a few carrots, cooked ham or watermelon, but I'm a smoker so half the days I don't feel the need.

I don't cover any macros, nor it is healthy nor I recommend it, but that was expected. I don't skip any meal and drink enough water to stop a fire.

I think I'll just stick to a decent sized real dinner and nothing else, because that sounds like hell.
