I find that steaming it first makes sure that it's thoroughly cooked on the inside.

I used to use pre-mixed seasonings but the "natural flavors"/"spices" fuck up my appetite and my sleep so I stopped using them and just stopped season entirely because I get decision making fatique. Now I just lightly salt my protein and that's it. I'm basically the whitest black person ever because I eat practically unseasoned chicken on a daily basis and enjoy it.

where can i get cheap clean chicken breasts?

i shop at food lion and if i buy the 2 dollar per pound packs it always has this horrible taste to it, like a gamey weird chicken taste that i dont get from buying the expensive 4 dollar per pound ones. I make sure to cook it thoroughly so its not that.

brine your chicken tits before hand and use a thermometer to cook it to 160F

>heat oil or what ever
>put chicken , one minute a side
>low heat
>cover for 10 minutes
>turn off heat
>rest for another 10
>use thermometer and check for 160+

instead of frying the whole breast, cut it up into small pieces and stir-fry it for a few minutes. takes a few minutes to cut up, but you save that time later because it's done super quick.
