If I was 6'0" i would look exactly the same +30 lbs because I know how to exercise and have done it for 5 years. Height isn't an excuse for anything, it's inconsistency and incompetence to blame for the fact you look like shit compared to me.

I absolutely would. I started at lifting at 5'4" and 120 lbs 5 years ago, but if I was 6' I would have started around 160 5 years ago. + 35-40 lbs of straight lean body mass I would look the same but a bigger frame.

If you aren't oxygen deprived muscle development is simple: Consistency and proper training/ diet.

If you were 5'7" you wouldn't look even close to how I do.

I'm working really hard to strengthen my lateral delts now. I began shoulder-focused workouts a couple months ago and I've gone from a 95lb ohp to 135lb

Not all that big but I wouldn't put you in skeleton category. You could afford to put on a bit more mass. Nonetheless, not bad for a young boy :^)

Thank you for actual advice. I have some ridiculously fast metabolism in my genes though (my whole family are a bunch of skellies) so I find putting on weight a bit challenging. It is impossible for me to gain body fat so all mass I gain has to be muscle. I will try to eat more though.

I get 8 hours of sleep every day and train hard. I do compound lifts that Veeky Forums recommends. I've been eating chicken, rice, milk, almonds, fish, gyros, eggs, assorted vegetables, fruits, peanut butter on whole wheat bread.

I'm ready to die.
I started out so weak that I couldn't even bench the bar. Now I can bench 185, but I still look like a DYEL skinnyfat loser. I realized that I have more body fat than I bargained for. I don't know what to do. All my lifts are stalling out and I can no longer progressively overload. To get stronger I would have to eat even more and get even fatter, and what's the fucking point of that. I'm already sitting at about 16-19% body fat. I've trained so hard just to look like an average fucking guy who doesn't lift. I just want to look good.

Basically looking for advice: should I bulk and gain more fat or just cut down and see what I look like? I'm so weak-looking that there's no point in cutting, but I don't want to put on more fat either so I feel stuck.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Consider taking a few weeks off and starting a different routine. 6 days a week is sorta a lot.
