How do I get a back like this?

...

bump

Seated rows
Bent over rows
Deadlifts
Pull ups

Dedicate two days per week to back and shoulders and aim for high reps to try and exhaust your back

I won't build much strength with high reps will I?

Roids

Sure you will, why wouldn't you?

Deadlifts. Get gud at pullpus. Lots of different rowing variations. Seated cable rows/dumbell rows, barbell rows. Just do them all.

Pic is my back, ignore my advice if you think it sucks.

Nah you can
If you can rep out 315 x 7 on deadlifts you can in theory deadlift probably 405 so you will build strength by doing reps

thanks m8s

Lift weights

Two scoops
of fuckin mirin'
Don't forget lat pulls, and bent over barbell rows.

Is there a reason to do lat pulldowns if you already do pull ups?

>tfw injured my lower back playing football
>every time i come back to deadlifting the injury flares up again

Is there hope for me without deadlifts lads?

Nice shorts

lookin joocy friend, height/weight?

My back looks better than pic. Just do fuck tons of pull ups (buy yourself a door frame pull up bar).

That's all you do? I'm doing pull-ups everyday now for 2 months, can do only 12 in a row still though

post pic

better isolation

Add weight not reps once you get to 12. Add 10 lbs and try to do 8 reps

your lats look like fuckn wings dude
