The exaggerated meme to post here is "don't eat, don't lift," which is because it's pretty much true. Just make sure you lightly work the muscles you see in the picture and don't decide to get fat. Bodyweight pullups + hanging L-sits for a few months should get you there, assuming you're avg skelly DYEL mode. If you're fat as fatass mode, you may not even need to lift, just stop trying to be fat and you may already look like that underneath.
