They don't test for steroids. Steroid use is legal in my country anyway.

Lost 90lbs freshman to end of sophomore year then slow bulked from summer 16 to March. What do now my lifts still crap. I've been lifting for two years(first year I just fucked around didn't give actual macro and nutrition any thought other than calories) this past year(didn't care about protein intake and suicide cut so basically stalled and terrible numbers around may of last year. Also had terrible form till November on basically everything. ) I now watch my protein and calories efficiently. And form is good.

FUCK. Just taking a little over 2 weeks off from lifting and I go right back to dyel. I was just starting to look like I lifted in clothes, I had people telling me I was bigger. Now I have a weirdly flat chest and veiny arms that are the size of an 8th grader's.

They don't test for roads you stupid nigger. In order for them to detect something in your blood they have to be specifically looking for it. Unless you're getting a job in sports or something where roads are against the rules you'll be fine.

Left pic bench max was 110kg triples. Currently Incline 40kg DBs for 8

6'0", 170. Have been struggling to gain weight lately, but lifts have still been getting up steadily. Past 1plate Press™ and 2plate bench, hit 3plate dead the other day.
Frustrated because I'm pretty lean but can't get my abs to show no matter how much ab work I do. I have friends who are higher bf and are much weaker on every core exercise yet have perfect six packs, which sucks. But whatever. If there's anything glaringly lacking let me know.
