you should slim your quads a bit, it's distorting your proportions. probably build calves a little bit, everyone needs bigger calves. everything else looks perfect. train for density.

yeah your legs look a lot better. Not trying to say you look bad or worse than the before pic just that you you had a better taper before. I would just cut down body fat and maintain. Sounds boring but aesthetically speaking I don't think any more mass is going to help you.

I've been hitting calves twice a week the past few months so hopefully they're start growing. Been a bit of a challenge.

You've almost certainly made it and look better than 99% of the gym and clearly have great aesthetics genetics

No one is perfect though and if you still have room to grow you could go god mode by further emphasising your V taper by focusing on lateral head of the delts, lats and outer quad sweep

College has made it hard for me, time management can be tough. In my experience, I took one of my harder courses in the early AM (So that I wouldn't skip it) at around 9. This would length my day so to speak, I would be up at 9, go to class then go workout then head home to study/assignments. I would sleep around 11-12PM. Also try to eat and drink in your lectures, helped me think and stay alert in class too.

Thanks for the kind words. I've been there with you man, I lost my way one summer and let go a bit. My metabolism burns like a fire so naturally I lost weight instead of gaining, which is in my opinion equally depressing. I remember posting on Veeky Forums when I was in my slump and a few posters encouraged me to go back to the gym and that it wasn't too late. So I did and haven't had a slump since. You can do it man, get back in there and get it!

Not seasonally like most people but you're totally right. In order to get my compounds up specifically my bench I had to bulk. And I hated it. Lost definition and felt kind of fat. But hey the bench went up. I can't find a picture of my "bulk" but here is my transformation over the years.

It's me. I had amazing gains my ~first year~, I went from 135 (first pic) to 170. I forced myself to eat to the point that I would throw up. I was always full. I was also on a mass gainer at the time. I think it was "serious mass" by ON. I stopped using that gainer and opted for just whey isolate after.
