Can this be updated?

Also, morning routine thread.

This man has mastered the 5 bar lift, but can he be a true lifter and do the coveted 7 bar lift?

Pretty sure I saw this anime few years back.

A weapon to surpass metal gear.

t-thanks guys

This is a good OP. Please mods.

>Roronoa Zoro

>while you curled for bicep gains, i mastered the barbell
>while you built your traps with shrugs, i learned the art of dual wielding
>while you watched videos of frank yang on youtube, i consulted an ancient japanese sensei who taught me the forgotten technique of the penta-barbell squat, known as "assu to-gurassu" to the nihonjin

how much more autistic can you get than op's pic

you can always try and put it in between your fingers as well
that'd be a +1 bar

>morning routine thread
>wake up
>go on computer
>miss gym (again)
>feel like shit for the rest of the day

i cant seem to get back into it

these stretches are pretty good though.

finally someone on topic

Why do you keep missing the gym, user? That's no good!

>assu to-gurassu

top kek

>used to go to gym after class
>stopped going to class
> dont want to do ~30 minute drive to use school gym

also im lazy as fuck
ive never had a semester of classes so easy that i didnt feel bad for missing them either so that couldnt have helped

>tear shoulder tendon
>PT didn't help, waiting for an ultrasound (2 weeks from now)
>at home doing mobility, stretches and PT exercises since I still can't hit the gym

Don't procrastinate mate. If the class is easy, either read a book while in class or start doing some workouts at home.
Stop shitposting and sort oneself out!

Just go now man.

Don't think about it, just go

...

bump in hopes the sticky gets updated

Morning routine?
Bodyweight Squats till I get a slight pump
Pushups till I get a slight pump
Chinups till I get a slight pump
Stretching for 5 minutes

Should really think about adding some posterior chain and core work and maybe some jumping jacks or running in place.

>getting a pump on bodyweight squats
how do you have 30 minutes to spare?

OP here
last bump, going to sleep

fix this, mods!

you could probably get a pump off ~50 bw squats

How do you guys do bodyweight squats?
I'm legit curious.

like a barbell squat except you put your hands wherever you want
