What's the longest you've been able to eat the same thing everyday? I'm making a meal plan where I'll pretty much be having the same shit for breakfast & lunch everyday, while dinners will be more varied. I'm worried that I won't be able to stick to this for the 3-4 months that I want to because I'll get bored of eating Oats/Greek Yogurt & Nuts every day.

I've had the same breakfast (oats/milk + apple + strawberries + protein yoghurt) for about 8 months now. It's the meal I most look forward to as well. I can't eat the meal two days in a row for dinner but I do eat the same thing on each day of the week (e.g. monday spaghetti bolognese, tuesday paella etc), been doing that for about three months. Getting bored though.

One year my lunch was only noodles with ketchup. Every day for one fucking you can imagine that I hate noodles now.

I've had scrambled eggs mixed with spinach and avocado, ham and toast every day for breakfast for the last 5 months, don't really mind it much.

I'm eating this for 3 months straight now.
1'st meal : 3-4 eggs with 100g cheese and some sausage and half a bread
2'nd meal : School launch ( My university is giving it for very cheap so i'm taking it)
3'rd meal : Chicken breast and rice,pasta or bulgur.

Gained 20 pounds in 6 months and i'm roughly at the same bf%

You must have been in some rough times to eat that for a year

LOL it tastes good but is boring asf, plus: oats and milk smoothie is pretty easy to eat and perfect for bulking diets

All of this did nothing for me. I didn't get more muscular or even fatter. I just stayed the same.

I used to eat 3 bowls of oats everyday for 5 years. I found them delicious and they gave me energy for a physical job. Overnight my tastes changed and I've had 5kg of oats gathering dust in my cupboard ever since.

There's a fucking taco joint or truck within a rocks throw in any direction. It's all grilled meat, veggies, beans and rice. Literally the healthiest fast food you could ever spend your money on in the city. Get that extra meat setup and you're looking at a 1k meal with roughly 80g protons ezpz

3 years. I was in college in a shithole third world country. Went from 48kg to 86kg in 4 years and became the biggest + strongest asshole in my college gym.

Been eating oats and greek yogurt for breakfast everyday for ~1.5 years.
Also been eating turkey on whole wheat sandwich/baby carrots/peanuts for lunch everyday for ~2.5 years. Dinner, I'll prep a week's worth every Sunday, typically switching between ~10 different variations. I'll add shakes/other things to these meals depending on whether I'm cutting/bulking.

I didn't realize how much a pound of spaghetti was on Monday when I tried to learn how to cook carbonara pasta, so I've been eating leftover carbonara for a whole week now.

I'm quite curious what people's meal plans are in general. I'd like to be much more strict with my diet, but every time I try to make a meal plan I get frustrated, say fuck it, and do something else.

I've been eating the same things everyday for a year or more. Cut some things out when i want to lose weight. People think it's weird when i tell them that. But I dont really get pleasure from eating like most people. It's just a routine. I find my pleasure in other things.

I usually eat the same thing for long periods of time due to laziness (or efficiency).

For the last few months:
Breakfast: 8 eggs mixed with Carbquick.
Lunch: 2 cans of salmon or tuna.
Dinner: Turkey and cheese pizza; almond flour used for dough.

There's usually some veggies and protein shakes mixed in there too as needed.

I eat the exact same breakfast every day without fail. Dinners are the only thing I ever feel the need to vary and I just eat the leftovers for lunch. Shit's easy familam you get a simple routine and stuck to it but you still get variety.

Used to be really degenerate myself. Bust a few nuts to her. Never finished it. One night I watched it all the way through and seeing her soulless eyes staring off did something to me. Got me into NoPorn/ only softcore. Porns fucked.

I choose foods I actually enjoy that fit my macros and then when I get bored I just change the seasoning or condiment
