>tfw sore everywhere and comfy
Is there a better feeling?
Tfw sore everywhere and comfy
Sure is a hidden gem of training. I miss getting DOMS
>Witcher
Good taste my friend.
Do you ever switch up your training?
>sore everywhere
I fucking love this feel idk why
>want to run fast
>running long distances hits me harder on the next day
>run long distances at a slow pace because I'm addicted now
No. It's as close as you can feel in peacetime to being a fucking warrior god.
I hate doms because everyday I have something to do
It just hinders my life
> these fucking masochists
Having a gf
Leg day in the morning before work, 8 hours of constant walking around big factory at work.
Truly the best feeling.
How are you lads getting /comfy/ this Saturday?
>mfw glute DOMS
>tfw kegals dom
Dyel here. How long do DOMS usually last for if I lift three to four times a week from start? How was it for yourself?
iktfb
don't worry, you'll find a good one eventually. just stop being a sad cunt, no gf likes that.
> starting working out
> get doms
> hate it
> now miss it since I know I pushed myself that day if I got it
Getting sore triceps massaged hard is orgasm-tier
>mfw gf is away :(
Being sore everywhere and having your girlfriend ride you because your legs hurt too much to move while you pretend she is a video game character on that one redhead from university
>tried explaining to a friend why I love doms
>thought I was a pain freak
ive had it for over 3 days on my lats and legs b4
its not doms per say
How do you geralt mode lads?
killing monsters x f
>just out of the shower after a 2hour session
>eating refreshing salad and scrambled eggs
>nothing to do tomorrow
this Sunday gon be gud
Switch up training like the other guy said. I got DOMS again after I adjusted to a shocking principle
Thanks man. I owe a lot to the witcher, I personally identify with it as it's been there for me for so much of my life.
Playing vidya while enjoying my comfy doms feel
Ive been working towards geraltmode for a year now
>Adjust workout styles a lot. But focus mainly on 12 reps, 4 sets, aiming for failure around 10 or 12 reps
>Do reps slowly
>Focus on triceps, deltoids, traps, upper and lower back, laterals, abs
>OHP and lateral raises are your best friends
>do lots of calisthenics and boxing
>high protein low carb, be natty
>participate in the trial of grasses
I also wanna see about doing ballet/gymnastics and/or fencing.
From my experience, Geralt's physique is achievable natty
holy fuck that pic lmaoo
