teacher was fucking crazy tho, first class, started with an empty 6kg barbell, fnished the 1 hour class snatching 29kg and cleaning 40kg, hadn't felt so tired in a long time

of course, there are corrections to be made, but the I got the basic of the movements, wasn't hard because I've been doing SS for a while

2 cleans one jerk? not sure

Probably "2 is a minimum but if you can do one more". Just like + is the AMRAP sign.

I've seen so many oly lifters squat like that. They just let their knees wobble so much. Why is that

Seems alright to me in the webm. I find that it happens to me when maxing out too though, especially when I focus on staying upright, my hips can't pull my knees out hard enough but they certainly don't collapse into some valgus knee condition.

It's just that people usually say that's wrong, but I guess "people" also say that doing ATG squats is wrong but oh well

When the knees start pushing inwards you can get injured easier, it's not "wrong" per se but definitely not recommendable when your under higher loads. I would do more front squats (that problem almost never happens) but it's just so much more taxing and I need more work on my delts.
