ive had good experience with purple panda labs

i reccomend getting raws from them and prepping them yourselves, as the savings are incredible

80 cents for a gram of any test ester
220 cents for a gram of dbol

costs $50 and an takes an afternoon to brew up 10 vials of test, and its easy easy work.

dbol, just toss a few grams into a bit of high proof alcohol. calculate the amount of mg/ml and measure youre doses volumetrically.

same applies for AIs and PCT drugs

e.g. take 1 gram of dbol, and 49mL of everclear, mix it in a jar, heat and shake up. you'll get 50mL of dbol solution at 20mg/mL. approximately. wanna take 50mg? measure out 2.5mL in a syringe and squiet it in ur mouth

So I found the root cause for my low back problems. My Quadratus Lumborum was EXTREMELY tight and I have moderate APT as a result of tight/weak hip flexors and glutes.

Stretching for 10 minutes using the exercises outlined here:

has completely fixed the issues on the sides of my low back. Now the only issue I have is slight pain/discomfort when bending over, such as when you are doing dishes or setting up for a deadlift, and these 2 exercises have given me an extreme amount of relief although the discomfort is still there slightly.

I HIGHLY reccomend anybody who has extreme back pain/discomfort to give these movements a try. In place of the dumbells in the second video I just used my vacuum to simulate the weight.

Literally 20 minutes of watching these videos and stretching has given me more back pain relief than I have ever had in months.

My back squat is all kinds of fucked and I've been only front squatting for a while, is it worth trying to fix it if I don't compete? Is it better for leg development or what?

The only problem was my tech is horrible on max attempts, I pressed the bar so fucking hard up but also my arm twisted or something so I nearly fucked up my shoulder and didnt even attempt 115kg even though I know I couldve easily

Limitations I can see with only doing front squat

-Absolute weight lifted is less
-Volume you're able to do might be less due to limitations in core/upper back strength
-Obviously if you do decide to eventually compete you'll have had much less sport specific practise by having only done front squats
-The reasons your back squat is fucked might hinder with your ability to properly front squat

High bar is better. Look at weightlifters. They back squat to increase their front squat because you can achieve a way greater workload and also quad stimulus isnt that much different. With frontsquat youre limited a lot by your upperspine strength

Incorporate a heavy double into your program once a week.
So for bench pick the day that's the least intense and work up to a double that's say 90-93% of your max. Add 1KG to that double each week and the goal is by the time you have to max again you'll be more used to handling heavy weight.

Getting too loose for lifting weights is definitely a thing. My squats feel so much nicer now that I do a minimal warmup rather than numerous mobility and activation drills.
