Did keto for a month back in December. Its a pretty easy diet for me because I love meats in general. I also like salt so its essentially my perfect diet. I lost 20 pounds in 1 month. This diet is only reccommended to be done for up to 4 months though. After its done you slowly implement carbs back into your nutrition.
