I know I'll sound silly, but whenever I make eggs they either stick to the pan when I add butter or the yolk becomes too hard. What am I doing wrong?

Depends on your pan to be honest, you could be not adding enough oil/butter as well in which case add more or if you are cutting then man up and start learning to enjoy hardboiled eggs

I'm trying to learn to cook since I need to gain the weight, thanks for the advice. Since eggs are good protein source it'd help to gain weight from 129pounds?

>Put half scoop protein in it
>Take spoon
>Stir

I thought it'd taste chunky, whatever I'll try it.

Nah it becomes like a pudding

I start by warming up my pan on medium.
Before temp is up, add butter.
Butter melts, add Eggs.
When eggs start to bubble noisely, cut temp to low.
Flip when whites are no longer translucent
Turn off heat.
Let sit off heat for 1 min,
Throw on top of brown rice.
Sprinkle with ground flax seed

Sounds very tasty and food for strong lifts, but probably not that great for your heart and vessels in the long run

192lbs
300lbs high bar 3x5

.5 cup spinach
.5 cup berries
.5 cup greek yogurt
Scoop of whey
.5 cup oats
Milk or pomegranate juice

I tried it, I enjoyed it. A question I have is the human body can absorb as much protein as possible at a time right? The 30g a hour is a myth tight?

im 6' and im a dyel too i guess, idk, just doing low reps lul
the grind never ends
my gym has 30 lb sissy bars though so it looks like i 2pl8 LMAO

If you like your yolks runny do this:
>heat up pan
>add oil/butter
>add the eggs when oil starts to smoke, or butter browns
>wait until most of the white is cooked then add about a teaspoon of water and cover
>wait until a white layer forms on the yolk and the white is completly cooked
>take the eggs out with a spatula (tilt the pan slightly to make it easier)

If you want the yolk firm, flip the eggs instead of adding water and covering. Also, the pan barely matter; I do it all the time and my pan's nonstick film wore out a long ass time ago.

>5 eggs on 2 slices of buttered toast (brown), also a tin of tuna
