I just want a bigger chest, so people stop commenting on how "boney" I am if they ever come in contact with it. I keep eating, but I feel fat and bloated, and none of it is going anywhere near my chest, all to my midsection.Is chest isolation absolutely necessary for growth?

Flat bench is shit, I dumped it and added OHP for strength work and dumbbell flies and my chest got bigger.

not isolation but dumbbell bench is top tier for chest. But actual isolation movement, i'd put pec deck or cable crossovers. If those aren't available, db flyes

I can do cable flyes but bench dumbell flyes I just dont feel anywhere else but shoulders.. yes I retract shoulderblades and even with good form its like this.

that is incredible easy and wont be enough to give you a big chest

Work on improving your form in chest exercises (shoulders back, chest out, etc.)

DO drop sets

Work on tricep exercises
