Smoked Sockeye Salmon
>100cals/24g protein
>omega-3s

Best hot chocolate ever

>per oz as primary measurement
>g for everything else
Yanks are so fucking stupid

...

35g of protein? i'm fuckin sold, this will go great for my bulk

GOocncsAD

>250g of sugar
Fuck me that's literally downing a packet of the stuff

>give oz. and g in serving size
>user gets his panties in a twist

>french and english
obviously Canadian

Who's stupid now?

>250g sugar

>100% calcium
dem bone gainz

God tier bulking food right there.

>100 kcals total

>24g @96 kcals from protein
>1g @4 kcals from carbs
>3.5g @31.5 kcals from fat

131.5 kcals != 100 kcals
Am I missing something here?

Canadians and yanks

I add this to my shakes when bulking.

and (you)

Wait a minute.

>Skellies still rattle when this god-tier American dream exists

It's actually more than it says calorie wise
9 calories per gram of fat
4 for proteins and carbs

a quarter kilo of sugar

If you do the calculations for any food high in omega-3 and omega-6 fats the 9cal/g of fat doesn't seem to be accurate.

This shit right here.
>190 kcal
>21g protons
>7g fat
>23g carbs, 15 of them are fiber (51% daily value)
>only 1g sugar cuz stevia

2 a day for me, chocolate chip in the morning and brownie when I get home from work. I look forward to that sweet brownie protein bar all day, no joke

How many calories per gram in omega 3/omega 6's?

The calories from fat would have to be zero then.
Is that the case?
From what I just spent 15 seconds googling, Omega 3s do have close to 9kcals from a one gram serving.

How much do they cost in bulk?

>190 kcal
21x4=84
23x4=92
7x9=63

84+92+63=239
What's going on here!?

The overall total cals is probably rounded down, I'll give you that. It obviously wouldn't come out to exactly 100. And carbs/proteins/fats may be rounded too.

I don't know what the nutrition label rounding rules are, exactly, but I don't think I need to defend it as an overall great source of protein per cals food.

do these have nuts in them

Fiber you stupid dumb nigger god damn

How do they taste though?

Dunno about actual bulk prices but at Costco they come in packs of 20 for around $18

If you mean like actual whole nuts in the bar then no, there's only chocolate chips in them. If you're talking about nut products then I have no idea

>9 calories

so youre saying its edible

>but I don't think I need to defend it as an overall great source of protein per cals food.
Agreed.
If I actually liked fish I would buy it.

Most of the bar is very tough, chewy and somewhat sweet but it's got a bunch of big chocolate chunks in it that you might not like if you hate the taste of artificial sweeteners. The brownie one tastes better imo.

Pretty good if you microwave them for ~5 sec. They soften up and taste like chocolate chip cookies/brownies

holy shit that looks so good i just love to eat that's why i think i will never make it

this isnt /cut/ friendly

Blu Dot Protein Teas
Bought these at work because I get a 10% discount and thought why not. They might not appeal to everyone, but I like them quite a bit.

10g of protein in a light drink ain't bad.

ice cream cake has never sounded so good in my whole life

Also pic related, 45cals/4g protein in 2 slices. Spread on wraps/whatever instead of sauces, etc.

forgot pic

witty banter

they contain only cashews I think

I know because I had to go to the ER over spring break from them.

The first one is good but then after that any in the future just taste like shit.

Rekt

This guy is wrong
I'd literally get all my calories from these bars if I could but I'd rather not die of fiber overload. I fucking love them.
