New to Veeky Forums and nutrition is a bitch. Trying to fit all the calories I need every day and keeping 30% protein is hard.

I have a huge fucking amount of sodium intake now, how bad is this?

A shit ton of garlic (I use 5-6 cloves)
Some lime juice

>Add the can of beans, with most of the liquid drained

Like 400 calories, 26g of protein, 15g of fat, 41g carb

I eat oatmeal with protien powder for breakfast
For lunch i do a plain tossed salad
And for dinner skineless unseasoned chicken breasts or moose steak
I eat 1400cals a day everyday
My last cheat day was in feburary. I went from 310 too 190 in like 7-8 months.

What kind of cheese would best compliment this protein bowl? I'm inclined to say swiss, but the shit on it looks like some processed gouda.

i used cheddar i had lying around, it's cheese so it's always gonna taste amazing

my routine breakfast:

300ml water
50g oatmeal
50g whey protein
30g chia seeds
banana
100g frozen berries

makes a hell of a smoothie.

hobo chicken

>cut up pumpkin, potato and sweet potato
>boil them until soft
>throw them into some foil with chicken breast
>season with salt and pepper
>cook in over for around 25 mins

light breakfast

>chop up 1/4 green red and yellow bell pepper
>chop up 1/4 onion
>1 tsp of coconut oil put in a skillet
>stir fry for a few minutes on medium heat
>add 3 egg whites
>stir for a few minutes til eggs cover everything
>take out & spice it up (salt & pepper of course. I like to add cumin, paprika, & chili powder, personally)
>add 2 tbsp of salsa & mix it in with the spiced eggy vegetables

this makes a light breakfast that can easily go before a morning workout. I also like to spice it up from time to time with sriracha sauce

pretty much mine too except sub chia for sesame seeds and add blackstrap molasses

How is it with milk? I'm gonna do something similar in the morning and I've literally never had oats before. Was planning on oats blended, whey, banana, milk and a little ice.

I make one with milk instead of water, just makes it creamier and adds extra brotons.
