Romanian Deadlifts are a great exercise if you want to have a higher repeat number. Me for Example:

Regular Deadlift: 160 kg 3 times (the weight put back on the floor and pick it up again is extremely hard for me even with the lightest weights)
Romanian Deadlift: 160 kg 10 times
