What do you see people lifting for the big three and OHP?

For me:

>Squat
I've seen a few guys squatting 3pl8 for singles with more gear than a paratrooper, but everybody else is sub 2pl8. A few people squat 2pl8 but quarter rep.

>Bench
Almost everybody benches over 1pl8 with good form. I have no idea how.One guy does incline bench with 3pl8 on each side.
>Deadlift
Basically the only people doing deadlift are girls, my gymbro and me.
>OHP
Almost everybody progresses OHP to 94 lbs and then just stops

>lbs
>pressure

I am triggered

I work out at a uni gym with a mixed bag of hardcore lifters, cardio bunnies, and anything in between. But 60% of the population is nervous virgin freshman who are trying to get big for girls.

> Squat
I've seen 4 or 5 guys hit 4pl8 atg, one guy is on his way to 500. Probably 30/200 squat consistently.

> Bench Press
I've seen 3pl8 singles from a few, one guy on tons of gear consistently hit 3pl8 for sets of 10 when I was a sophomore. Most I've seen is 365x1. Many are at the 2pl8 plateau.

> Deadlift
Same ones that can squat heavy deadlift a fuck ton. Most people are between 1.5-3pl8.

> OHP
I've only seen one person with a higher OHP than me (my 3rm is 175). Very few people do it. One guy who may be on gear does 80s on DB OHP every week.

>Progresses to 94 lbs then stop
Nigga, i could OHP that for reps first time i even tried OHPing

>2pl8 plateau
What is the natty limit for bench?

My gym is a uni gym with a limited amount of weights. The most one could conceivably lift is around 4.5 pl8s.

I've seen guys squatting 3 pl8s and your common variety 2pl8 benchers but nothing actually significant.

My gym back home used to have a black manlet who could deadlift 6pl8 for reps though. He'd also bench 3pl8 and the incline but I never saw him do more than 3.5 pl8 on flat.

depends on a persons body type really

I go to the Y so most people are garbage

I'm 5'9 and went from dyel to 2pl8s one rep in less than a year. I also have pretty wide shoulders. How much can I expect to bench natty?

average in my gym is about a 405ish squat, 275ish bench, 380 or thereabout deadlift and a 130lbs ish OHP. home gym master race, i'm deeply embarrased about my dead and press.

>Skwaarrt
Most people at my gym dont squat, they do the leg press instead, dont ask me why.
Yesterday i saw two bros squatting, AHEM, in the fucking smith machine, their were STRUGGLING like, really grinding to squat 1pl8.
I think theres 1 maybe 2 (not counting me) that can squat more than 2pl8s

>Braaaapnch
Most of the older bros can bench 1pl8+ most of the younger bros struggle with 0.5pl8s, grrils do like 0.2pl8s for reps, some dudes bench 2.5pl8s but thats about the strongest

>Daddylift
Few at my gym deadlift more than 1.5pl8s, maybe 3 or so, only seen one ever deadlift more than me, 4.5pl8s i believe

>The Press
Few people ohp, i've seen 2 dudes other than me ohp, and they were ohping around 0.5pl8s

Depends on body type like user said. For most its around 275.

Alumni rate at the university facilities. I get older, they stay the same age all right all right.

I saw some 5'2 or something turbo manlet at my gym benching over 3 plates no spotter. Is he definitely on roids?

Not definitely, possibly, but never call someone a roider just because they are strong

My gym was started by a powerlifter but is entirely full of normies.

>squat
Only a handful of guys squat anything over 2pl8.

>diddlys
Besides me I've only ever seen 3 people deadlift, but they lift heavy like 4-5 pl8s (the same people who squat).

>bench
Everybody is a damn curlbro that bench 2pl8.

>OHP
Have only seen one dude do OHP at like 65lbs (looks like a Veeky Forums autist).

Above 3pl8 is suspicious tier but not definitely roids. Could be a guy who's trained for years and focuses on bench.

If it's some 20 year old punk then yes he's on gear. All fucking roiders will perpetrate like they're the 0.001% of genetic freaks who can pull shit like 3.5 pl8s for reps naturally at a young age but they are fucking bullshitters.

we aren't fortune tellers, it usually comes down to mindset when progressing heavy

nah lad that's far too low probably, idk

i can bench around that for a 1RM and I haven't benched in over a year

My gym is the weight room of a large Texas high school football program.
>inb4 b&, I'm a senior

>Squat
The top guys are doing 4pl8 or heavier with only belts on, in powerlifting gear we're doing 500 or more. Average is probably 315-350, school record was set the other day at 595.

>Bench
Everyone's bench is much worse than their squats, the average is about 2pl8. The biggest boys are pushing about 3pl8 max.

>Deadlift
Top guys pull about 500 or a little above, the average is probably 350. However, we put more emphasis on power cleans vs deadlifts because of the fact we're lifting specifically for football and most guys clean 2pl8 or so.

>OHP
Not a lot of OHP going on at all in our workouts, so I can't really say. I know my max is 205 and I'd assume most guys are around or above that.

>Squat
I don't usually see anyone else doing this since I don't go there when everyone else does apparently. Once I saw a guy doing front squats, but that was about the most serious lift I saw and even then it was 1.5 pl8. But today I saw some guy squatting 115 (1pl8 in the 25 lb smith) and doing what you could probably call an eighth squat, just barely bobbing up and down.
>Bench
Most people I've seen don't do more than 1.5 pl8. There's a couple fatties who get close to 2.
>Deadlift and OHP
I literally never see anyone doing these except for the one time I saw a PT teaching a lanklet how to.

Also note this is for the varsity players only, I'm sure the freshmen and JV lifts are lower than that.

Also if those numbers seem high for 16-18 year old kids, it's because we start our weight training in 7th grade to prepare for high school. Friday Night Lights are no fucking joke here

That's why it's so weird. I OHP slightly more than that (recovering from a shoulder injury, pls no bully) and I have one of the highest OHP's here, because of the sheer amount of 94 pounders..

Incredibly weird.

It's mostly machinebros in my gym, along side a few cardiobunnies doing group programs and old people
Apart from that:
>Squat
most do like 2pl8 or 1pl8. Rarely do I see anybody attempting higher than that.
>Bench
Most (including me) are around the 1pl8 to 2pl8 region. Saw a guy attempting 3pl8 yesterday but he was struggling.
>deadlift
I barely see people deadilfting, saw a guy deadlift 3pl8 with good form a few weeks ago though. I just started them myself.
>OHP
Not many people do that either, I did see a guy OHPing 180 lbs though. His form was terrible however.

My gym is an anomaly.

It is a Gold's gym in one of the fittest campuses in the US.

It actually sucks because you can lift for years in this town and when you hit up the clubs you'll still only be slightly above average. Whenever I go back to my hometown though people stop in shock when they see me.

We have dudes who squat 3 plates on the reg. Probably top 20% in the gym can squat at least 2.5plate for reps. prob 40% have at least a 3 plate deadlift. The benches are all over the place. I see 4plate bench often.

Like I said it's pretty crazy here. I don;t have a great physique or anything but I get mired on the reg. However, when I go to the gym I'm just another small fry. Everybody here is on gear and several of the people (girls included) are all amatuer/competing body builders. It's like a twilight zone.

Whenever I go back home, I'm usually one of the biggest dudes in any gym I walk into. Probably top 2% in terms of size and aesthetics. At this college town gold's though I'm probably top 20-25% in terms of size and aesthetics.

I have a god tier face though so that helps. I'm probably top .05% in that department and it's actually pretty funny seeing these swole dudes get pissed they'll never have an aesthetic face like I do.

There's a 60 year old that DL's 6 plate.

Having said all that and talked all that shit, we are all really close at this gym. It feels like family and more than a few of us browse fit so if you're reading this you probably figured out who I am so all I gotta say is fuck you. Keep lifting.

>squats
There's a guy who squatted 180kg for his 18th birthday. ~90kg, 180cm, has been lifting for 3 years.
There's two guys who are powerlifters and have squatted 250+ kg in competition.
And then there's the bodybuilder kid, 20-something student, competed locally, hovers around 85-90kg, says he's fat, because he's at 10% bf, off roids for 4 months now and can't see the veins on his veins.
Just did 170kg 5x5 on monday, complaining that it's shit, he's shit, he looks like shit and he was supposed to do 185kg 5x5.

>Bench
The owner is a bench specialist, 185kg at 93kg, while 45 years old. Now benches ~160-170, at 47kg since boreliosis.
One of the powerlifters is also a bench specialist fat fuck. 260kg in competition, 280kg in training, at 139.5 kg bw.
I've seen him warm up to that 280 with 100kg x 25, 140kg x 12, 180kg x8 and 220kg x5. Shit's insane.

Almost everybody benches 2pl8, most people bench 2pl8 x5+. Comes with the territory I guess.

>Deadlift
Owner deadlifted 260kg x 4 before his illness, now 200kg x 5.
THere's a 70kg IT lanklett who deadlifts 170kg, the 18yo kid does 190kg and 220x5 off the rack, I've seen at least 4 diffrent guys rep out 5pl8.

>OHP
The owner did seated OHP for the first time in 2 years and repped out 105kg.
The bodybuilding student reps out 120kg, the young squat kid has to resort to adjustable dbs, since he can rep out 37kg dbs for 15+.

I've seen 140kg set up for seated OHP, but I've got no idea who's the monster that did those, must be one of the morning guys.
