Routine is just modified PPL with calisthenics movements, and sprints. Been working on flips more, and breakdancing less the last month.

Imo sumo is really hard to get down. So I don't think it's a good idea to suggest to someone with form problems.

what level of shoulder development did you have before doing alot of handstand push ups?

Reason for asking is i'm thinking about just rolling with weighted pull ups, weighted dips, closegrip chins, plate-loaded push ups and hanging leg raises for upper body day but i'm afraid im gonna lose alot of my shoulders (shoulders are pretty good from loads of OHPing).

Lifting for four months now

Not much, I started with pike pushups for a good 8 months. Then did on the wall HSPU's. Then freestanding came about 20 months in. I have a day dedicated to vertical pushing in my routine because it's such a focus of mine. Learn good form pike's, and hollow body before you do freestanding or you'll be a banana back shitlord.

Dont do SL 5x5 when youre just starting out. Do PPL For fastest gains. Looks like youre focusing on abs more than anything else. Stay in 8-10 rep range until you hit a big plateu
