Oatmeal

Oatmeal.
How do you make yours? Do you soak them or not? Microwave or stove?

steel cut oats
2:1 water to oats ratio
add boiling water to oats in hot pot
simmer for 35 minutes
add milk at end if you want
enjoy

I do them like m'lard JG does them; burn them in the microwave like an autistic fuck.
Ps: I don't have a microwave
PS 2: I cut an apple then add some protein powder and some hot water to them, superior way to eat them.

boil 100g for 5 minutes in water
add 1 smashed banana
some milk
1 tsp honey
cocoa powder
mix it

tastes like chocolate

Rolled oats
Slowly heat on the stovetop for 10 minutes or so with milk
Mix golden linseeds into the oats
Top with blueberries and if I have any maybe a few raspberries too.

I eat that for my breakfast almost every day. I love it.

Rice cooker has an oats setting, depending on the toughness I set it for 10 or 15. Half rolled, half steel-cut with warm milk, but during the summer I do overnight. For variety I'll switch up the fruits I'm using (mostly frozen), and then throw in omega 3s (chia or flax), cinnamon, and raisins

>simmer for 35 minutes
I hope you're making enough for a week, fuck making that daily or semi-daily
