I have a similar question. I have been lifting for 6 months now from skinny fat and instead of bulking and cutting I'm just lean bulking. My body fat already dropped a good amount but still no visible abs. I noticed I already got the big 'cep vein, my forearms get pretty veiny when lifting and I have a slight vertical slit above my bellybutton/ under my chest with the right light. How far I am from getting actual ab
100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and run 10 km every single day
Also, don't use your A.C. or heat during the summer or winter. This will cause your abs to be in a constant state of contraction which will work them daily.
