Great progress man even though your deadlift sucks. Just use straps if you have grip issues, it's better to progress with straps than not to progress at all. For me chinups and kroc rows have helped me with grip. I use kettlebells for rows since the fatter grip forces some grip work in but doesn't limit my volume. You could also get the Fat Gripz, I've only tried them but they gave me an insane forearm pump.
Yeah, i'll be back at 100kg dl next wednesday, and i've been doing frequency method training for chins which has improved my grip, thanks for the advice

Dude, it was huge. Went from like 3300+ calories a day and ended at about 1800. I think I dropped down to like 2500 at the beginning.
I also started spending more time in the gym and really focusing on my reps/ form. Went from maybe an hour a day to 2+
Microdosing mushrooms before the gym did wonders for my mental and emotional health as well

i don't understand how 1800 got you to lose that much so fast. I guess your TDEE was really big with all that gym time. or maybe you're really tall?
I'm the guy from btw. trying to get this lean now and also on 1800. Calculators say my TDEE is roughly 2600 (i do 45 minutes lifting and 30 minutes jogging 5-6 times a week). I'm 184cm

I was really crushing it in the gym. Still am. Literally like 15 - 20 hours a week of heavy lifting. All the compounds except deadlift (hurts my back). Oh IF too. Only eat between noon and 8pm. I found eating before bed was detrimental to my fat loss. Also I only eat brown rice, California mixed veggies and chicken/ fish, eggs, oatmeal, oranges bananas and apples. Sweet potatoes. Sounds boring but got used to it. 1/4 cup rice, 1 cup mix veg, 8 - 12 oz of protein. Get 1800 to 2200 calories a day. 220g of protein give or take. 100g of carbs. 50 - 75g of fat.
I stopped focusing on cardio so much (though still do it some days) and really focused on diet and lifts.

Tall dyels that weigh 200+ lbs think they need to weigh a shitton (while lean) just to be ripped/athletic when they don't realize that they're skinnyFAT and carry a lot of bodyweight worth of fat. If the guy you "called out" would bulk to 15% he'd easily be 230-240 lbs btw
