Having more testosterone isn't necessarily good. Your body needs free testosterone in order to build muscle. Your total testosterone is used to produce free testosterone and dihydrotestosterone also known as DHT. DHT gives males their masculine characteristics like body and facial hair, deep voice, benis size, etc. and as some theorize, causes baldness.

Abstaining from fapping would likely cause either an increase in dopamine, effeciency in use of dopamine or both since the reported side effects tend to be increase in focus; therefore logically, an increase in testosterone would result since dopamine indirectly increases testosterone (by increasing luteinizing hormone), and possibly as a result of the testoerone increase, causes greater confidence, another effect reported by doing No Fap.

"Feeling" an increase in testosterone doesn't seem possible unless you're referring to "the pump" or you feel like you're "cumming all the time."

I think nofap is pretty much a meme, but I'm still doing it just to say that I have. Not having an orgasm for a month ain't gunna kill me. The only actual benefit I think is strengthening your self control.
