After the comp I'm aiming to become bigger. Not sure what I'll run for cycle yet. For chicks 10~11% is usually their sweet spot. I'm not too worried about fat loss, it's the water retention that I'm mainly concerned about

6'3 210 . My hobby as of recently is taking care of fiddler crabs. Unfortunately only have 10 gal tank because living in dorm room but Next semester when I have my new house it will be aquascaping. Gonna use my 55 gallon tank to set up a cool paludarium with live plans for my fiddler crabs. Will follow up post with pics of my crustaceous friends

eat a clean ass diet and lift consistently. Bulking/cutting is a meme for a skinnyfats (although you are borderline pushing fat so losing 5kg couldn't hurt).

I already track calories and eat clean, should I be looking to gain weight at all or just stay at maintenance?
