Tried adding a bunch of egg whites and lessening on milk once then making pancakes out of it. Tasted alright but not doing it again.

under 500 calories, over 60g of protein

I use the larger size ninja cup, 24 oz. comes out to about 500 calories, 40-50g protein, 80g carbs, almost zero fat. Great for post workout with those macros.

2 scoops protein
1 banana
enjoy your 900-1000 calories

I typically do frozen berries from costco, halo top ice cream, honey, and milk, then add whatever protein. Trying to add more veggies though, ang suggestions? Already do a little spinach

I made the mistake of microwaving milk + whey today. It formed lumps that could only be compared to medium-to-large tonsil stones. Never again.

idk how people can shove kale into everything these days. I would rather just eat the leaves raw rather than blend them up and ruin a perfectly good shake.

Protein/gainer shake

2 scoops of whey
400ml full milk
70g oats
1 big spoon of peanut butter
1 banana
Couple hands of ice

Kale barely tastes of anything though - definitely gets lost amongst all the flavours in there. If not for the greenness it brings to the party you wouldn't even realise it was in a smoothie.

1 Cup Milk
