If you're using anything but barbell, dumbells and cable machines you should kill yourself.

Machines are goat for training back. Also hamstrings and calves.

I use machines for everythimg except hammer curls because of my bad back. One wrong move with free weights and im crippled.

i do pullups on that cable machine if that counts
