im almost 220lbs 6'2 so i know those stats are impressive, but its none of that push press garbage, squat is lowbar to parralel and deadlift is conventional with double overhand.

Now im going to improve my form on those lifts and strengthen my weak points, then im going to chase better numbers. Also gomad wasnt a meme, its great.

my bench form is beyond bad (mostly due to low frequency and my program doesnt have that much presses, i do dips tho)

also push press isn't garbage but a cool compound lift itself, just shouldn't be referred to as an OHP while online as some people surely do on here.

Read Deadlift Dynamite. It's the best form book out there for the big three by far. Also some of Rippletits' vids on youtube go in some detail on form, esp fpr OHP.

yeah man most kids in my middle school deadlifted 200 kg after 3 months, they were filipinos though and they are the most powerful race

Bench is by far my worst, but now ill be pressing much more for a while so it should get better.

Ohp doesnt give me problems form wise, maybe sometimes the load isnt even, but i attribute this to hip issues that i had due to ankle injury many years ago.

To be honest i dont care about bench that much.

Rather deadlift all day every day since i have favorable build for that. Not so much for presses.

You're not too far from being able to do it, and should still be in noobgainz territory. Just add low rep sets of bench press(5x5?) and try adding 2.5 kilos every week until you plateau, which shouldn't be for a while. Esp. if you can already do 1 pl8 ohp that shouldn't take too long. Also, the rippletits videos on form are helpful, as mentioned.

Chris Duffin is excellent too, the only thing is his kabuki fitness thing with that indian club/mace thing, it is good for shoulder health and such but you're better off looking at Chris Sommer's stuff for a broader approach to that sort of thing.

mostly decline bench dips and ohp now
many sets but low reps and mostly high intensity stuff with high frequency (lifting almost everyday)
but im going focus on presses now

Yeah but how many sets of flat bench are you doing every week? Anyways my bench went way up when I started benching more. From 70 to 100kg+ in 3 months. Bench twice or three times a week aim for ~20 sets a week with an AMRAP set at the end of every sesh. Just remember to increase your rowing volume accordingly
