No I only really do bench and pec flies, I should start doing incline now on now that I think about it.

I'm really concerned with just hitting my goal of full cyan before I cut so that I can at least lift okay weights and not progress as fast as I am right now for a few months.

In all fairness, I just cut down to like 8% bodyfat for a jiu jitsu tournament, got down to 130-139 weightclass when dehydrated. I'll be bulking back up to ~13% and hopefully continuing my weightlifting bulk to someday hit my goal of 160 @ 10-12%.

Squats have been lacking because of some knee issues. Changed to front squats two weeks ago and have had 0 issues since then.

Started lifting 6 months ago.

One test cycle and currently cruising on test/mast 100/100
