5'7" so Atleast I'm not a manlet
Weak, but at least I'm making progress.
>jerk off mode

Training for a year at 6'
I thought I was fucked up. You look like a clown
Yeah. Gotta start somewhere.
Mirin
Natty?
How long into lifting?
what
dl lower than backsquat
what world is this
Well better train then shitpost
Natty was always a bit sporty lifting for ca. 1.5 years
Little bit of pic related and a little bit of just got stuck because I didn't get hyped enough. Progressing well on it now though.
Started lifting 6 months ago.
One test cycle and currently cruising on test/mast 100/100
6'1, 90kg
It means he has weak hamstrings in relation to quads, do Glute-ham raise, do Straight leg deadlifts and leg curls. With strong quads/weak hammies you risk hamstring pulls and knee injuries

tfw 3 years of natty lifting for basically same results
tfw long arms.
3-4 years lifting not kept track.
>5'7" we are manlets bro. Just not turbo ones
Is a high symmetry score important? Or should I just not give a fuck and have a +10% back squat and a -20% OHP?
benchlet reeeee

Beeb lifting 6 months a little more

Working as a construction laborer for years really built my back up but i'm not symmetric at all.
r8
>working as a construction worker
More school less gym for you mate
Don't worry mate I finally got my Lineman ticket. Book learning is for fags.
The leverages that make me so good at deadlifting are the same shitty fucking leverages that make me so shit at squatting and benching
At least, this is what I use to excuse my garbage lifts
6'2 150lbs
mirin T rex bodies
>6'2 172lbs
>started at 152 lbs
>aboot 9 months
>I only just started eating properly
>gained 12-16 pounds of muscle so far maybe
>really close to intermediate legs
>twice as far away from intermediate bench
>tfw strong back crew
6'2" / 170lb skellington
Squat is catching up fast, adding 5kg per workout.
5'11 165lbs.
2 years and 1 month of lifting. 1 year fucking around on a brosplit and 1 year of Candito's intermediate program.
Stats next post.
Most I've hit in a meet was 1065 total, aiming for 1100 in the Fall. All unofficial meets btw, just doing it as part of my school's PL club.
i hadn't read "test cycle" and nearly lost my shit that you were in the green despite only lifting 6 months
Fuck my life. I never considered roids til right now
5'9 82.5kg 1.5 years lifting
...
huh, more even than I thought
6' 225 2 yrs lifting
ikr, 2-3 years of work in just 6 months..
>tfw presslet
6'2" 225 with 2.5 years training btw.
Feelsgoodman
Its worth noting that this is 6 months b&c not just one cycle. Normally you should expect to lose a little during your pct and possibly during your recovery which isnt the case here.
It comes at a price and i think its a fair price for what i got but its not freegainz. I will likely bnc until i am forced to stop or i die as a result of tasting the sweer elixir.
Really do think there is no such thing as one cycle unless your an outlier.
about 3 years natty in. 181 cm 87 kg
Wow strong
How good are you at weighted dips ?
tore a bicep tendon a year back so i don't do any dips. Remember to warm up before doing any lift!!
Really ? That sucks man
You tore it on weighted dips? How good you were t them ?
Ofc warm up is important
21
5'8
140lb
185x5 bench
255x5 squat
295x4 dead
105x10 ohp (I don't treat ohp like a compound to save my shoulders)
In all fairness, I just cut down to like 8% bodyfat for a jiu jitsu tournament, got down to 130-139 weightclass when dehydrated. I'll be bulking back up to ~13% and hopefully continuing my weightlifting bulk to someday hit my goal of 160 @ 10-12%.
People never read the catalog, that's why we have 40 manlet/chad threads up at one time.
>1pl8 OHP for one rep after a year and a half
tell me what happened user
98Kg 2 years fucking around
Whats you bw dips max and weighted dipa max ?
Standing barbell ohp, not seated, not dumbbells, no knee or leg movement (lock your knees out basically). Should be nothing but shoulder movement.
255x3 squat*
