thanks. last year I was trying to do most of PPLPPLx every week, but nowadays I've simplified and added cardio. I think towards your natty limit you gotta rein everything back a bit because you're moving a whole lot more weight.

She left me a month ago, after 5 years.

Fuck all these toxic people, I'm moving the FUCK away from here and started hitting the gym again, 5x5 SL.
Also bought a rack, oly bar and weight. It arrived next week.

I have no objective view on how I look.
Am I overweight or just skinnyfat?

Do I need to lose more weight before bulking with Stronglifts? Or should I train with maintenance in the beginning?
All I hear in my head are these voices telling me I'm a fatass.

You're skinnyfat, not overweight, thought you could stand to lose some BF%, it's up to you if you prefer to have abs and don't want to get fat, then cut first, but if you don't care, just go for a bulk until you're happy with your strength
