Been hitting the gym for two months now and it's going really well. I just don't know why I'm doing it, however...

I'm seeing a pattern here. Find a direction that is meaningful to you. Many guys peek well after 30.

It'll make you healthier both mentally and physically and goes a long way towards making you a desirable and capable person. It doesn't even need to be an obsession. Just build a routine around a small amount of time every day working out and work on improving other aspects of your life. You could have just given up and turned into a degenerate fat fuck so good on you.

When you lift, avoid crutching on gravity and momentum as much as possible. It also helps with reflexes and balance.

You can't avoid age but you can avoid the most disastrous effects by acting like a man. Get your test checked. If it's not in 75% percentile or higher, do TRT.

Take Danazol to offset cellular degeneration via increasing telomere length. If you understand what that means, it's almost a jest on part of the gods (a steriod that acts as a life extension drug).

Supplement with zinc because digestive machinery for that mineral degrades with age.

1x a meal a day is far better for your body than 3x meals that interrupt the activation of your body's fasting state. Which only really gets running 12-16 hours into fasting.

I'm 31 and from 30-31 I got into the best shape of my life, I'm lifting higher than I ever did before, I have abs for the first time I'm my life and at 230 lbs so I'm a pretty big guy to. You can do it user, I did, although the needles I stick in my ass twice a week helped a lot

Men's clubs.rugby/softball/bowling/insert any random sport clubs. Volunteer work. So many options to type into google

Haven't made fully it, but made great gains from ages 28 to 30. Strongest I've ever been actually. Only downside: Injuries are slightly longer to recover, and soreness and hangeovers are longer as well. Nothing too bad, but it's noticable

As far as I'm aware, you don't start declining as a male until 35 to 40 range. You've got plenty of time to get jacked.

I will say this tho, I have friends my age who got on TRT an barely even lift.
They look alot better and appear to be better mentally as well.

I'm not against it, I'm looking forward to it actually. But once you start, that's it. Now you are dependent. You will never feel like a man again unless you get your fix.
So if you start at 30, be prepared to do it for the next 50 years.

Really it's the hair loss that bothers me. I still have my hair and really don't want to start taking a cocktail of shit so I don't get the negatives.
I mean what happens if I lose my job have some unexpected financial crises and can no longer afford all these drugs?

The crash will be aweful, no money and now your body is legit falling apart because you dont have all these drugs you need to feel good..
