What grew noticeably first?

What body part/muscle did you first notice started to grow when you started lifting just by mirin in the mirror each day?

Ive been lifting seriously (only did pleb machines and cardio first) for a month now and ive been noticing my superior fibre trapezius has become huge.

people started commenting on my chest and shoulders before i even noticed any changes. thought they were lying at first

I was a chestbro for a while, my chest was poppin out my clothes.

Same as these other guys, my chest blew up before anything else.

Then it was my butt, but I started as a pancake-assed skeleton man so that was super obvious.

Legs n Lats

Quads, then hams, then lats, now I'm starting to notice chest and arms growing

Biceps.
Deffinitely biceps.

1.5 month here. Forearms fucking exploded when I started doing deadlifts. Hamstrings quickly started squaring off from back squats.
