Help with leg workout

Hi, I have a problem with training my legs. I cant basically do any squat variations, as after a single set of warmup level weights, my knees start hurting. They also make a crunching noise, not the slight snapping one that might be okay to dismiss as it is.

What my leg day consists so far is pretty much this:

RDL (I can do hamstrings quite okay, RDL for example does not affect my knees)
Hipthrusts
Leg extensions (A lot of reps, more pumping style, if lower and more weight = knee problems)
GHR / leg curls
Calves + abs.

So basically Im looking for some sort of quad exercises that put minimal stress to the knee.

Seen a doc, just a join problem that glucosamine for example does not help, dont want surgery and probably they woudlnt even take me in for one.

Quad exercise that puts minimal stress on the knees doesn't really exist.
Try to fix your knee problems instead of avoiding it.
You should be able to squat without problems.
Stick to once a week for a while, and increase frequency over time to twice a week.
Use weights as low as necessary to get a little knee pain, but not much (a little bit uncomfortable is necessary).
Fix your shit.

>it's a fucking joke you shit faggot
sure, captain assblast, it was a joke

what

I dont really even have to get a bar on top of me, I can just do bw squats and after 15 or so my knees start hurting. The pain is inflammating kind, it lingers after the movement, while at rest, for a while.

I have knee warmers but those dont do shit. I guess Im just stuck with too high rep leg extension then.

...

if you really can't do bw squats without pain for a few reps, you're most likely excerbating the problem by doing any leg training yourself.
go see a physio or specialized sports doctor.
this is not normal.

I guess I gotta look for one. Public sector doesnt have any and privates cost quite a bit of money, will have to see how I find one.

public sector doesn't have physio's?
what shithole do you live in?

>stockings
>pantyhose

A semi small city whose doctor ques are months in lenght. It's just a fact around here that if one wants to see a doc for something like this within a few hours to a few days, private it is. Public is for acute healthcare in a days notice or 3 months que to see a doc for a "normal" visit.

Im a pharmacist myself and deal with doctors daily, the public ones most likely cant help me and dont want to spend any money on imaging or whatever the fuck might help to see whats actually in there.

>finland healthcare good healthcare
Not really.

shit man, that sucks.

imaging might not be needed though.
I just needed a good specialist to determine what was wrong with my knees.

I'd advice you to save up some money and go see a sports doctor (preferably) or a physio.
if you notice they don't really know shit, don't get a second appointment, just find someone else.

The back squat is literally pffftttt the only exercise in the entire repertoire of weighted human movement that allows the direct training of tee hee...so sorry user:) the complex movement pattern known as hip drive. >people jack off to this

>wants a leg exercise that works the quads with minimal knee stress
>won't do squats
>does leg extensions
Wew lad

Yeah, squats definitely stress the knee whereas high rep sets of leg extensions does not.

Is that 2 different people?
