I am skinny little shit lord. I'm 22 but could pass as 16. I have never worked out or been fit.
That changes today. What is a good all around fit "starter kit" like what kind of work outs should I be doing everyday to start this out?
I'm new to all this so try and keep out complex ass strats. I just need a starters guide.
Any recommendations would be a world of help.

I pretty much have to. I can't go into basic with the muscle capacity of a 11 year old girl.

Good starter is doing all the pushups you can and try to do 1 more every day Same with squats and crunches That's how me and a lot of friends broke skinny fat mode. Then join a gym when you reach like 30 pushups so you don't have to use embarrasing little girl weights

So push-ups I can do that. I have a pull up bar as well. Should I do that as well? Should I try and run a mile a day?
What should my normal day look like?

One of those 100lbs weight sets and a solid diet will take you far. Though maybe it would be best for you to join a gym where you can get advice on proper form, etc.
