bulk and lift heavy for a few years

deadlift all the plates

The guy actually posted his routine and it was something like:

Mon- Deadlifts
Tue- Chest/Shoulders/Tris
Wed-Rest
Thu- Legs/Back
Fri- Chest/Shoulders/Tris
Sat- Rest
Sun- Rest

Go heavy on the deadlifts. If you don't max on anything else, make sure you max on the deadlifts.

Also eat right. I'd assume the guy's diet is clean stuff as much as possible so oats and lean meat and green veggies

Can you ellaborate a bit more? What exercices do you do on Legs/Back day? How about the other days? Do you have some kind of linear progression? Also do you do any accessory lifts on deadlift days? Miring ur body

My deadlift routine is complex as fuck. Its a 7 week cycle so cant go into much detail or it will take all day. It does involve stuff like rack pulls, back extensions, deficit lifts etc. And normally starts 5x5, then 6x4, 7x3 with weight goin up every week.
For legs I do back squat, leg press/front squat and leg curls.
With back i just do upper back like pull ups/ lat pull down, seated rows, pendlay rows.
I throw in bicep curls into back day maybe every few weeks.
