Is classical liberalism the most rational ideology...

Is classical liberalism the most rational ideology? It is the only one that promotes individualism and independence versus far-left and far-right collectivists/socialists.

Autism

It's the correct ideology, but it being the middle ground is not why it's the best. The left and right are not that polarized.

what is rationalism in comparison to a good life (good being upto your own interpretation) "correct" meaning most effective so far?

People won't agree on anything ever, so imposing the least amount of controversial laws will always lead to the most happiness. Often times, people do not know what's best for them, leading to the argument that being able to choose what laws govern you will not lead to an individual's happiness. However it is still better than the alternative of being forced into a set of laws you vehemently dislike.

There's still a very blurry line here, but let's just give one example before you get bored of reading these shitposts and move on to another thread. Let's consider the legality of consuming a hard drug like cocaine in people's own homes with no one around who could come of harm except for the consenting users themselves. Let's say the majority of the people really want this specific cocaine regulation to be allowed, but as knowledgeable doctor you know the health effects of cocaine and know that it won't bring these people long term happiness. Should cocaine consumption, in this very specific instance, be allowed or forbidden? It's what's best for the people, but they will be vehemently upset with this law despite that.

The right choice is to allow people to make bad decisions (assuming they only effect themselves) because at least they're responsible for their own misfortune, considering misfortune is inevitable.

>Ideology
>Rational

"Classical liberalism" is just the right wing with mildly less racism.

>first left wing ideology
>not left wing

>Le divide and conquer agenda

Whose fucking agenda? Who is behind things? Sure is convenient to say everyone's wrong when you dont have to explain yourself

lozardemn, jews, vampires or whatever!!

> divide and conquer agenda
Cringe

Fuck freedom, cocaine consumption should be forbidden.
Promoting individualism is not obviously rational. You can argue it's a good thing, but please, don't think what you do not agree with is wrong or irrational.

>not social liberalism

Classical liberalism is full of shit and completely inapplicable in today's situation.
Neoliberalism is just autism and sucking off big business.

No.

>classical liberalism
>represented by an anarcho-primitivist terrorist radical from a movie
wew

>unironically drinking the kool-aid and believing in this creepy shit

Classical liberalism, is at its core, the act of inventing excuses for murdering strangers and looting their corpses.

...

reminder
that ideology is just a word that brainwashes you
into thinking the other
is
the enemy
and that you should die to kill him.
so that the king may keep his throne

Yes, look at the nolan chart or horseshoe theory

Anything that is not socially liberally and fiscally conservative is authoritarian

Classical Liberalism takes many forms.
>so that the king may keep his throne
Ideology as a motivator is really a more modern thing, more like "so that the prime minister or president can be re-elected."

>liberalism
>rational
>nazism
>extreme right
You don't know anything about politics, do you?

Your own politicians

The only correct ideology is Communist National Socialism

>What is synarchism and who do I always end up being disappointed with my politicians?
Gee... I don't know, user. Instead of going full ridicule Alinsky-mode on every issue you encounter, maybe you should start researching things for yourself?

>Ideology is brainwash
Hi Mr. Fouccault! How's your psychedelic sexual liberation crusade going?

I’d say that socialism, or fascism, or some other platonic ideal is the most rational ideology. That’s not a compliment either.

>Fight club
>Classical liberalism

Yes, but people here and on /pol/ will constantly hate on it because they're brainlets

That's the second best ideogramas after classical liberalism actually. Having periods of both ideologies from time to time can do well as well.

best post

um forgot anarchism. The epitome of individualism. obviously you need to compromise between individualism and collectivism. Americans are way ahead of everyone in this regard which is how I explain their economic and geo political dominance

What do you mean by classical liberalism? It's come quite a long way. Freedom from liberalism is bollocks, freedom to liberalism is goat.

Explain your claims.
