Never making it
>implying the majority of people on fit could even lift 2pl8
Could anyone on juice ever reach Batmans bench?
scratch that Ryan Kennelly hit 1075lbs which beats out Batmans 1044lbs bench
I don't think you know what 25kg is
I... Wat..
Nigga, 4 25kg plates is 5pl8 for metric countries.
Yeah ms Frizzle took some SIPS playa, ha haaaa she took some sipy dippys know what I'm saying?
batman does it close grip though
>implying the most aesthetic lifters at my gym don't just do 1 1/2 plates for reps
You mean 2.5
In reference to the panel it might have been a perspective thing unless it actually confirms he uses close grip?
same in mine
only saw two guys benching over 2plates for reps who weren't fat fucks
Beast
>implying those aren't 25s
Frizzle is a fraud.
>tfw hit 145 last week and it suddenly got very hard
Am I doomed to 1.5pl8 for reps in my future if this keeps up?
HOLY FUCK HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT KGS ARE
Calibrated weight plates are colour coded for weight
Red = 25kg / ~55lbs
Blue = 20kg / ~44lbs
Yellow = 15kg / ~33lbs
Green = 10kg / ~22lbs
White = 5kg / ~11lbs
Barbell = 20kgs / 44lbs
8 Reds + Barbell = 25*8 + 20 = 220kg or 485lbs
you're retarded. It's 5plate
Yeah that's still pretty fucking impressive.
Bet she can squeeze out the man milk like a champ
Ayyyy yo dem sips play BOIIIIIIIIiiiiii
It might be the angle of the picture but there is no way both of those red plates in the front weigh 25kg
If you're talking about the smaller plates they are
white 5kgs
little red 2.5kg
blue 2kg
yellow 1.5
green 1
white 0.5lg
collar 2.5kg
but those bigger red plates are definitely 25kgs
Can't do it for reps yet but recently hit 4pl8 max
But thats the episode where the Magic School Bus makes its own planet with varying levels of gravity
...
>while eating cafeteria pizza
Batman has 5 plates on the left and at least 6 on the right.
>implying I lift things up and put them down + spend money on a gym membership
Good shit user.
Trying to balance out his chest
Good work user, how long have you been lifting?
almost 5 years
Damn fucking nice mate. How do you avoid cuff injuries?
Proper warm ups and retract your scapula
can you elaborate on what you mean by retract your scapulas? do you mean push them back (down) towards the bench?
Different poster but what I found was most people lose their arch while benching because they feel like they need to push their arms higher. So they push their shoulders out of position. When you're benching keep your shoulders pinched back and as soon focus on extending your arms for the lift. Once your elbows are locked out, that's one rep.
ayyy waddup boi i herd u talkin bout some SIPPPPPPSSSS wats good lemme get a sippy dipy my trippy niggy
How the fu k can bench pressing be hard I learned proper form on the literal first day in the gym and by watching the SS video once. A week ago I broke my old bench PR by five kilos and I haven't benched since October. If you're even remotely scared of getting injured from bench pressing then you either have shit genetics, shit leverages or shit form and possibly all three.
I know a guy who tore his pec out of his shoulder
found the dyel
