I use these supplements (except protein powder) to combat my depression / chronic fatigue. Maybe I could go without fish oil, D3 or magnesium but theres a ton of research on them so I keep using them, but if I go for a couple of days without any of the rest I mentioned I start feeling like shit and I want to kms.

Pricey for what little you get and it doesn't feel like it works. I'd rather just buy zinc and magnesium separately.

Thats exactly what you should do since the MG of each mineral in ZMA is very little. Buy them separately but should include 2 mg of copper supplement.

They're just like fiber capsules or w/e, 5 pills is 2g fiber. I take a ton just to make sure I'm hitting my fiber goal.

I didn't take anything besides protein before and was always tired and felt like shit. I have a 4 times a week gym schedule + either one or two days of intense basketball so on that tempo after like 3 weeks I would always need to take a week off. Since I started taking all that I didn't miss a single day for more than 3 months now.

If those supplements helped you, you might want to look into methylation protocols, especially freddd's protocol.
