Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set

FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level

for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep

>SL
SL progression seems to be different from PDF's

Foundation gives 3 routines:
>AxBxAxx
>ABxABxx
>ABABAxx
A: FL, sPL, HBP, RC
B: MN, SL, SLS

inverted rows are piss easy, should I go the tuck lever row route, or archer row

elevate your feet

do whatever the FUCK you wanna do

get swole or go home COME ON

According to the progression I've been following, elbows-in push ups are followed by diamonds, unevens, and then declines. Is this about right? I always thought diamonds were harder than declines.

depends what you are targeting, without adjusting weight on your arms, either by lifting feet or moving hands towards legs, you are not going to progress in triceps strength

How much harder do they get?

Quick question guys, training for pullups.

Doing 4 sets of 3 negative chins now.

Should I work up to 8 negatives or work with bands to get up to pull ups faster?

Aware I'm doing chins.

no idea

what's the rush?

Aiming to get to 4x12 pull ups and dips before I start squatting again. Trying to strengthen my back to prevent more pinched nerves and injuries and figure going the pull up route is the best way to do that.

When I started doing chin ups and pullups I could do a few reps of chinups, but not a single pull up. While my reps increased, I was still struggling with pullups until I started doing pullup negatives. It might be specific to myself, but I'd advise you to do pullup negatives for pullups.

Foundation suggests to do 5x5x10s negatives before moving to positives (3x1 first week)

Apparently this here BlG BOY has been known to do pistol squats for reps with a 215kg barbell, with both of his legs at the same time !

Wow!! :O

$5 says you can't even name the band that guy is from.

Freezing Blue Peaches

Why is doing an l-sit with your hands facing backwards much harder? I read that you should get used to this position as it's necessary for v-sit/manna.

because anatomy and physics

Are you supposed to squeeze your butt when doing a hollow body push up (and other hollow body stuff)?

maybe?
