It's great once you accept that cooking is ~1hr of your day everyday until you learn to do a great many things with spices and improved technique. But at best you can hope to get things down to 30 mins a day for a solid healthy meal.

I just intermittent fast every day

I literally eat chicken, broccoli and rice stew for breakfast lunch and dinner. I add brown sauce for taste and marinate the chicken. I only drink water and whole milk.
