done two 10 day rounds in the past 6 months
2x 200mg
8x 400mg

first time was a breeze, no noticeable sides except for neon yellow piss
second time was a slog. massive fatigue, pretty severe sweating, particularly in bed

results where meh, not much more than a deficit alone

I took it a few times. I sweated uncontrollably to the point that doing anything in public was an anxiety trigger. It's pretty hard to come up with excuses on why you are sweating in an air conditioned room. I decided to stop doing it and to just change my lifestyle (aka a real diet).

I can't tell if you are trolling or not, but I like to think I am a good person so I will assume you are not trolling - the case that DNP is a safe drug because if it is taken safely it is fine is complete bullshit. If you take it properly meth can be a great weight loss drug, but it doesn't mean that it is healthy, the fucking stuff is a pesticide.

same for me, I took 3 weeks 250m e/d. No sides but no more weightloss than a simple ec stack delivered me in the past. Waited for 2 weeks before starting a cycle with 400 this time but I got a cold from a soar throat ( always soar throat in the mornings from dnp). On ec again now, prob will use it again for a cut in the future but I don't need it since diet/exercise is dialed in.

Can't overdose from a single pill. Most pills are 200-250mg. If it comes out as 500mg you don't order from that guy anymore and expose him on dnp forums. If it's underdosed, you won't die.

You can't overdose on a single A, D, E or K multvitamin either but you take care that over time you are not getting a ridiculous amount in. DNP is like that but immeasurably worse.
