Serious question. What's wrong with milk, particularly skim milk? Loaded with protein, vitamins, and calcium. Probably better than the infinite chemicals in most whey protein powders.

better protein sources. just take a mens multivitamin daily, cheap as fuck and not like milk has that much nutrients. In taking calcium has been shown to actually hinder bone-density.

there's nothing wrong with milk in moderation.
skim milk has less fat, which makes it less satiating, and has a different effect on insulin than whole milk, not that it matters much.
milk isn't really loaded with vitamins.
whey protein powders don't contain chemicals.

I prefer those one.
